Our RV sites are big-rig friendly and include pull-through options that comfortably accommodate travel trailers and motorhomes over 40 feet long, ensuring a seamless, hassle-free setup.

Nantahala Ridge offers an ideal location for cyclists hitting the trails at Tsali. Located just a short drive from the Tsali trailhead, our property lets you bypass the crowded public recreation sites while keeping you right next to the action. After tackling the legendary Left Loop or Right Loop singletrack trails and taking in the gorgeous views of Fontana Lake, you can head back to your cabin or RV site to clean your gear, relax on a private porch, and enjoy a hot shower. For visitors wanting to experience the famous stream tubing and waterfall trails at Deep Creek, Nantahala Ridge is an excellent choice. Deep Creek is located on the edge of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park near Bryson City, making it an easy day trip from our property. You can spend the morning floating down the cool mountain waters or hiking the casual 2.5-mile waterfall loop to see Juneywhank, Tom Branch, and Indian Creek Falls, and then head back to the comfort of your private tiny home or RV site at Nantahala Ridge to grill dinner and unwind away from the heavy park traffic.

We do not currently accommodate tent camping, as we do not have a bathhouse on-site. However, this is definitely in our plans for a future expansion! For now, we are fully equipped to welcome RV and cabin guests looking to enjoy the Ridge.

Yes, we are proudly pet-friendly and welcome your four-legged family members at both our RV sites and designated cabins. The surrounding area offers plenty of great outings for pets, including scenic walks along portions of the nearby Appalachian Trail and designated pet-friendly picnic areas along the rushing waters at Deep Creek. Our 30-acre property provides a peaceful, open environment with fresh mountain air for your dog to enjoy, provided they remain on a leash to keep all our campers and local wildlife safe.

Nantahala Ridge is one of the closest and most convenient private lodging options to the Nantahala Outdoor Center. Located just minutes down the road, our property is perfectly positioned for guests participating in NOC's world-class paddling schools, guided whitewater rafting trips, or canopy zipline tours.
